re: Ann: Notice of Extraordinary General Meet... That clears up a few things, any shares bought between now and the EGM will probably be seen as cheap over coming months. Interesting that the Board could not agree in February.

Can we expect a resignation from the Board as a result of todays announcement??
All in all good to have the issue resolved, at this stage will vote for the resolution, however no more until the sp reflects the potential in CZD and we are kept properly informed.
Back to a buy, lets see how good a promoter Williams is, incentive is now in place(subject to EGM results)
