The 1 person who stands to be diluted the most is the CEO. I am pretty sure he will be doing what is best for us (for himself) with respect to dilution.
If significant dilution occurs, it is will be because the whole business model has fallen over and earnings have capitulated. If that is the case then dilution will be the least of our worries.
