    Yes re finance the debt with a major bank - multi year loan facility at market commercial rates not a last resort CN with more debt and dilution and so many clauses and conditions

    IMO, anyone thinking that this CN will benefit shareholders is delusional LOL

    Oztrader has summed it up perfectly many times - last resort lending
