Ahjay and k bear no worries. Ahjay you bring more to this board then you think. Prr has taken a pounding through the last year and along with it some shareholders have lost a lot of dough. Now is not the time to be handing out free options to the CEO. In my opinion this resolution shouldn't even be on the table at this time. I will VOTE NO.
