It looks to me that Prima's future is entirely reliant on accepting Ridgeback.....
Havent read it all properly yet but a couple things stuck out for me....
If current proposal accepted Ridgeback agree to purchase nearly 14M shares at a dollar in 10 years time...
Independant assesment was not over the top and prima deserve a fair bit of credit for
publishing it in this vital request for shareholder approval of which there has been a deal
of consternation over already....
First thoughts.....It's this way or the highway......
