I am confident in saying that there is great technology in LBT and the management is sound (it has been for years and they have appointed a good, well regarded new CEO). I'm keen to see the company grow and that, from management's point of view, requires some additional funds. The potential of this technology is far greater than most people think (just by looking at the very cheap valuation on a company like this). LBT will deliver more products to the market successfully and all of this negativity will look a little OTT in a short period of time.

By now you'll know I'm voting in favour and saying get the CR done and let's move on. The company has to be given the opportunity to get the job done. And it has, IMO, done the job well for quite a while now. It isn't a good time to stifle management or 'send them a message' by voting against the proposals. GLTA
