Personally I think a NO is cutting off your nose to spite your face.
Yes, the way the CR went down was not great and many lost out but to now deny the possiblity of expansion and growth just seems ridiculous when YOU want the company to grow and get the best deal it can.
I have sucked it up and moved on (I still hold). If I keep the anger then guess what? That is what I keep. Rather learn and get on with it.
All IMHO.
