They used that very same principle when they got JH out of CTP back in 2012.
No ifs and butts at the time, and they achieved what they were set out to do.
I don't know what Democracy is all about here, but it appears that we are not given any choices at all.
I have just voted in an AGM in a different company where there was an attempt at the Board spill and, like you've said shareholders had the choice of voting in the way it should have been............. For any individuals.
