OK, fair enough---Time is money!
He got 1 mil performance rights (50% when HX finish by 31/12/2017, 50% when 3B2B house been built within 3 days before Nov/2018), I thought he may sale those shares when it get over $2, get the 2 mil excise those 10mil options to shares, then he will get $20mil. It was very incentive, didn't thought they change the option price again.
