Unless there is a shareholder revolt its going ahead. It will mean a lot more shares on issue, but if they get it moving towards 10c I really don't care at this stage. We need money to build value and at present its what is on the table.
My question is what is included in the Project Evaluation/acquisition fund of $4.2M.
"Project evaluation and acquisitions 4,200,000"
It seems they don't have any other short term goals so they have lump it into a general category.
In terms of the new directors all have a strong Australian link with their education. It seems they are Hong Kong based"Chinese" investments and not mainland. That is a huge difference in approach to business and experience. That I see as a positive.
