this is what i don't know. Definitely need someone more knowledgeable then me.
I assume if we vote it down it just sits there until they call another meeting as these were contractual commitments. I've never really held enough of a company to care about voting so this is a learning curve for me.
So take the hit now or just keep pushing it back?
