DGR is not a massive concern. However LIND have proven to absolute gut the SP everytime they are issued shares.. and i do mean gut... they single handedly dumped from 3.5c to 2.3c in the space of a single afternoon. they have absolutely no interest in long term holding....

the issue price of 1c almost guarentees that they'll dump as soon as they get them. Its like one step forward two giant leaps of dilution with ANW every F**king time!

So can someone clarify for me..... whats the down side if we don't ratify? the upside is we get back the option to capital raise again... which i'm hoping we don't do EVER again but is there a monumental downside if we manage to wrange a no.
