Just voted to the above resolution. People that know this companies MO don't really have a choice but to say yes and so have I... hard to swallow the 60m dilution + the NAB debt.
I'm concerned about the intervention clause by NAB. Although highly unlikely this really gives NAB control of the company (in situ) if things goes bonkers. i.e. without a need for a motion/resolution. Can someone bring this up as a question if they are going to the meeting please...
