Agree. Whilst there's a lot of chat about ownership I don't see it as a SP catalyst without progressing through your list above.
Having said that, this is another good step and I'm confident these "delays" in ownership will result in much more rapid progress in terms of a binding offtake etc due to works that's no doubt been going on in the background...
