I am aware the IE has been making requests for various information from Realm. The possibility can't be ruled out that Gordon and his t2 mates may take a little longer than necessary to provide this information, so that the report is ready to be released in relation to their preferred timeline.

My gut feeling is that we may see it on Friday, or next week some time.

I reckon T2 will be working on a pay in 4 weeks principle (assuming they aren't required to go to Court), which would take them to around December 3.

December 3 is the deadline date they are required to pay the $0.35 compensation to previously accepting holders.

It also ties in with it being a few days after T2 can cash in their FND shares, given the 6 month ban period issued by the Takeovers Panel will have expired on 30/11.
The FND shares are worth around $20m cash to T2.

In line with the date been Dec 3rd before they can access the 20 mil from flinders it makes sense that we will not see the IER and their offer till around the 6th Nov as this is roughly 28 days before that due date.
