    yesterday's announcement mentioned the Chairman May participate in the 50% buyback - can't imagine he would sell for anywhere near these prices.

    Don't know how this would work, but couldnt the company essentially control the price, and increase it in increments (due to 5% restriction). I have not observed a situation like this before so no idea how it will play out
