Although it’s looking less likely with each day passing day till 8 May that the Doc will get his performance shares, what keeps this ‘in play’ as a possibility for me is that:
- he has a history of ‘left field’ announcements
- the Israel gov back insurance company that can turn a purchase order into upfront payment (see announcement of India/Taiwan MOU)

I wouldn’t discount the possibility just yet of the Doc getting his performance shares and always keeping his holdings >50%.
