Yes, the NASDAQ IPO was mentioned in announcements, but no indication of such a massive capital raise was ever given, and especially not with the possibility of the share price being 20 cents.
I only mentioned the 1 billion market cap as a way to illustrate the effect that dilution has on the share price over time. Going from a multiple of 10 to a multiple of 6 seems like a substantial decrease to me.
Does Yakov really need 50.1% to prevent a takeover? It would need the support of each and every other shareholder to succeed wouldn't it? I would have thought that 40% would still be unassailable.
