The important thing here in my mind is to have some good news to lift the share price in advance of a potential dilution. Many of us have been patiently waiting and are carrying heavy losses for a while. I would feel much better if we were at the 40s. I do not think that a NASDAQ IPO by itself would be enough to unlock value. Plenty of companies trading on NASDAQ with very low market cap and no volume. We need the company to start delivering even a small part of what it had promised and we need this to happen in the next 3 months. Otherwise, we may see share price decline further and people may lose patience, myself included.
