Personally I don’t know how to evaluate the dilution against the upside of the NAZDAQ listing.
Then again I don’t think GMV is going to hit its ‘bonus’ revenue target to let the good doctor get his 60 million (?) shares, so that’s nearly 20% dilution we probably won’t see happen!
there is a real chance the NAZDAQ listing will be oversubscribed, which will push up the price. One hopes anyway.
