In this business, shareholder value waxes and wanes, so we're in it for the long game and the discovery of ore deposits. The last five years have seen MTH lack strategy, lack direction, lack focus. A change of board was inevitable. I'm guessing that Messers Wing and Layton took control because they believe MTH has some good prospects and was in need a board that could produce results. Good luck to them.
