So Jamie for example gets a $200,000 bonus in the form of exercising options if we are clear of $0.02 within 24 months
Separately, he gets himself half of 30,800,000 shares for the company achieving recurring $2million annual revenue, and the other half if the company achieved recurring $4million annual revenue.
If the co is achieving 2 - 4 million a year, can anyone figure out what the market cap is?
