They haven't "topped up their own coffers", it's an incentive for them to do what you say they still have to do.They will then receive a very reasonable bonus for what would effectively create a huge re-rate of the company for all shareholders. Meanwhile, they are receiving what I consider to be extremely low wages for what they have done and have to do. They have a massive responsibility potentailly involving hundreds of millions of dollars to shareholders.
I suppose you didn't take up those bonus options either?
