Could you please provide source/citation? I don't remember these resolutions mentioned in previous announcements (only that they had other resolutions that the regulator would not approve in time for the AGM).
I must mention that I agree the board should be compensated / rewarded, the problem I have is that this seems very "out of the blue" and poorly timed. (my view aligns quite closely with @taipan168)
