This announcement suggests to me that we are going to see better than expected profit numbers for the quarter that are due to be announced soon and the board want a pat on the back for their turn around in the company. Fair enough I say. The price has been creeping up with no news and now the board want to be rewarded for their good work. Seems pretty obvious a good announcement is imminent to me.
