As a shareholder when sp was 1.9c in march, I would have gladly accepted this option if i was told sp would be 7c plus today. They have done a good job and all put in a huge effort and deserve credit and some compensation for this effort and salary lost. It is a sign of company health and recovery. I'm not concerned about this especially if sp continues to rise. Good luck to all.
