But has anyone said why they cant pay them out by having a CR at say 8cents in next few days??
Did the " independent " expert canvass alternative courses of action??
But those of you who say that you want a motivated CEO ......he can be motivated by options with a decent strike price and a modest salary...... . it seems this CEO is after a big salary and modestly priced, plentiful options
