I personally can't believe the cheek of the WP proposal of 35M options??? Really?? It really annoys me considering the disastrous year under this lot that they have the cheek to "reward" themselves with multi million option deals. The "hurdles" are laughable at this price. There should be no option proposals before the share price has been actively recovered to at least the pre botched cash management and capital raising price of 30c, and then he can mention "hurdles" from that price on.
As for the 2c a share resolution. Whose side are they on supporting this? It is another example of their incompetent cash and capital raising mismanagement, which they are now saying to support, despite the report saying it is a bad deal.
