gdday -you're spot on too-any board that could come up with an egm proposal like that is not worthy of supporting!!
I always get wary when you have cheer squads on hotcopper for a CEO! reminds me of CM8, and a few other failed (from a shareholders perspective anyhow) biotechs! There often always is a so called "big shareholder" who is too important really to be on hotcopper,
(we are supposed to fawn over their "words of wisdom") - but they still come on to say a few choice words about the CEO, and let slip a few little uplifiting confidences!! funny that!
even the number of pages makes you wary! The reaction of the shareprice since this announcement hit says a lot really!! But, do they think shareholders are all stupid!! I guess they have been successful in fleecing them all before, so why not!!
Anyway I took my hit -in for 10 and out for just over 8!
