i see it as two options presented to me and my fellow shareholders, in black and white its either:
1. Vote yes,
2. Sell your shares Tuesday and move onto something you like?,
The opportunity cost is simply too high to have capital tied up in a company that you don't agree with how its being run and instead prefer to hinder its prospects?
