For what its worth, I'll be voting no to resolutions 2, 3 and 4.
Regal Funds Management are involved in the raising. They have a history of shorting other stocks.
$5.7m for diamond drilling and svout drilling. $2.6m for 18months of corporate costs and administration. This needs to be brought down dramatically!!
