Wot, what do you think about the fair value of the company (SDL) and the report, which is attachet to the letter to the SH?
I think, that for every gold-miner are the proved ounces in their claims taken, to calculate the value of the company. Yes some costs, e.g. to implement the mining, costs for mining and Transport aso, will be removed. But that should also be taken, to calculate the fair value of Sundance. In my opinion is the calculation, which is shown in the report, something like a mafi*-method.
The same, that Giulio wants to have some additionally extra share (Options). For what??? and 50 times more than the shares I own..... He get's a fee for doing his Job. And that is a lot for a long peridod where he can do nothing more, than wait for ANS and WAPRC.....
