Shareholders need to be aware of RHK tactics. We should all vote against the consolidation as there is no benefit to shareholders. The only person that benefits is RHK as she can continue to do CRs and shareholders are continuously being diluted then she will try to consolidate again and again! It is rinse and repeat with RHK!
I am also still waiting for a response from RHK after 4 weeks of sending her continuous email reminders!
