It gives key dates, conversations and communications between HD & TH. This includes asking the board to resign by February 17 and that they could write their own exit notices and depart with a graceful exit. p 9-10 VOR is claiming that TH's initial letter, that was intended to accompany this meeting notice has been withheld from view because they deem it "legally defective and included defamatory statements". TH rejects that notion, but has provided a replacement document for this meeting notice. He is happy to talk to all shareholders about what was in his original document and continues to stand by his initial claims. p 11 - JL in his bio still can't articulate what he's doing now he's no longer CEO of VOR. p 13-14 - TH provides his Requisitioning Shareholder Statement which is definitely worth a read and his mobile for any shareholder that wants to contact him directly. He states he is prepared to relay some of his conversations to date with HD & JL. It also states the proposed intentions of the new directors if they are elected. So there you go. Everybody now has the chance to be as well informed as they can possibly be, in order to form their own opinions. gltah.

I also wonder if this could have been flagged as price sensitive? Now that we have defamation claims and a Statement from TH outlining his thoughts, objectives and strategies - that were previously not in the public domain in essence for control of the company. Anyway, no point sweating the small stuff and hopefully everybody reads the full announcement.
