I get the issued capital at about 125.5 million shares. Wam at 87.7 million shares they can not vote.

That leaves 37.8 million shares eligible to vote.

Let's project 67% get voted equals 25 million shares in play.

To stop this proposal and hopefully get a buyback offer for all shareholders, I believe we need 25% of 25 million shares or 6.25 million shares to vote no.

We have .5 million from just our 2 shareholdings so hopefully many other small shareholders can deliver the needed 5.75 million no votes.
