With a bit of luck hopefully the holders who would normally just follow the directors recommendation with their vote have a bit of apathy and the target for AGAINST item 2 to get up can be even easier. Or rather than apathy they finally want to do something to change the underperformance trend.

Those who let management convince them with the strategy change last year and participated in the last share placement have seen their shares go nowhere in a massive bull market.

Voting against the resolution 2 on the selective buyback can be a chance to get back NTA for most of your shares. I reckon NTA will print above 75 after a June lift. If you believe in the new WCM Global long short strategy simply re-invest back in later if you like.
