Nice one nicleeson. Good reminder and excellent point that if you want to stay invested you can always take nta and reinvest at the discounted share price.

One thing I really did not like about the independent valuer's report which showed the deal was not fair, was say that the deal was reasonable because nearly a year ago the shareholders voted on the new strategy and this selective buyback will allow this new strategy to move forward. Well a lot has happened since this vote some time ago, including there being a large change in shareholding since then and current shareholders have had to watch their investment go nowhere in a big bull market.
