I have approx 200k shares and have voted against this proposal.
I bought with the plan that this selective buyback would be voted down and we also get the opportunity to participate in the buyback at close to NTA.

Why would the 27% odd non WAM shareholders vote against this.

I cant believe Lonegan Edwards reported this selective buyback as unfair, but reasonable. Nothing reasonable about it.
I think the way they came to this conclusion should be reviewed.
