I'm not sure but I think if Eldridge hit 20% they either have to bring their holding below 20% or announce that they have appointed a broker to stand in the market to buy all shares of the company. If they don't purchase more than 90% then they have to divest themselves of the shares they have purchased one way or another back to below 20%.
I could be absolutely wrong.
