board putting in significant cash tick, with additional long term alignment with options that are only worth something if share price goes up. Which makes me money tick.
to be realistic the directors will only be able to convert and cash in if the share price is north of 6 cents. That doubles my equity return and puts my options well in the money.
I will be more than happy with that.
