Just because the yes vote for the sale of the Arcadia has been passed with 93% approval does not mean that those who opposed the sale are wrong.
i voted no because I feel the sale was rushed and I don't believe as shareholders, we received the maximum return for our asset.
Nobody can conclude that this was the best result for shareholders. It may turn out to be but that will to a major extent depend on how Prospect 2.0 unfolds.
With all that we know at present, it's better than a kick in the head depending on a shareholder's tax situation of course but I wouldn't say it's a great deal.
