I am happy to be challenged but I voted NO as a protest vote to let the BOD know I'm not dumb and know what they are doing I don't expect the resolution to be defeated there are more than enough people who will benefit and their votes will get it passed. At the end of the day no one really wins until mining commences in the meantime all we can try to do is "keep the bastards honest" until that day arrives
