Well I don't comment often but nrl1970 I think the use of "questionable activities" is rather defamatory . Especially given the board's long efforts on behalf of the company including funding it in hard times and saving it from administration in those hard times without diluting us shareholders out the back door. I also note they have been transparent in providing an independent experts report in line with ASIC and ASX guidelines.

Its ok to argue the commercialities of one path or another in a yes or no vote but defamatory statements like this are out of order in an information forum like HC
