    Main difference from my reading is that ICT is buying the coal directly from CKA at a 6% discount and on-selling. Under previous agreement ICT was only acting as a selling agent and taking 6% commission. This should mean CKA gets their $$$ earlier.

    Hopefully the fact that the EGM has been called means coal selling is imminent.
