For comparison, below is a market release from an ASX listed company explaining to shareholders the terms of a sales agent relationship. I have not fiddled with the words or changed their meaning. I have just swapped in ICT and CKA into the relevant spaces.
IMO the below is a helpful disclosure. There are other examples we could consider when deciding whether CKA has offered a decent proposal to shareholders.
