    - Very poor overall
    - Key valuation metric used was based on comparative transactions
    - No DCF of expected Mining Operations
    - Site visit was 2020
    - Very geologist centric
    - Basically no idea
    very poor understanding of market value. I could have done a better job on the back of a napkin
