If I could see or be assured of some actual work going on I'd be inclined to vote yes. I assume no matter what I do it will go through anyway, but perhaps the level of no's will help them to understand the sentiment of long term holders. If there was some obvious positive action before they put themselves on for bonuses I'd be all for it. As someone already posted greed is a solid motivator, and why we are all here. To put themselves up for bonuses this early in their tenure isn't reading the room at all.
Fingers crossed KAI pulls a DEG and we all end up happy.
