If you want the vote to pass you would start talking to those with 10M shares and then maybe get lower. 75% is a high bar to jump so they will need all the substantial shareholders. I have 4M odd so they probably wont call me. I am about to send an email and explain what the issues are for the smaller investor, seeking answers.
