Have a read of the ASX rules and even history of 2nd strikes. How many examples can you give of a 2nd strike resulting in a board spill. It’s more likely they listen to shareholders and take a pay cut or cut costs or take a better aligned remuneration package and stay with a job

2nd strike means that a vote is then cast to vote for the re-election of directors. That might not even pass in the first instance, eg shareholders then need to vote to have directors need to go up for re-election, then after that and only if that passes, they then need to vote to be re-elected.

Thats still a far cry from asking Karl and Peter to leave the company as managers.,,.,.
Dont think shareholders would go that far or get that far...

Karl and Peter CAN vote against a board spill..

So if it gets that far that, ie vote for board spill, they will consult with major shareholders on what they want (and all shareholders) and they will then implement those requests or face being removed from board,.

I think they will come to the table ....
