With 90m shares each on the line I’m thinking they will meet shareholders expectations and present a better remuneration package, stay in their positions and in control of their largest asset...
If they don’t they could theoretically be kicked out but I don’t think its likely and would require many of the largest shareholders ... even if the 100m or so shares traded since the announcement all went to one shareholder who wanted to surreptitiously remove them it would still be hard
